Lucile's is a small family-run chain of four Colorado cajun-creole cafes, originally founded in Boulder of 1980 it was started by the current owner and his mother Lucile. Presenting Colorado Locals with an authentic taste of New Orleans. The Fort Collins location is run by the one and only Tony Hanks.
